Working Operations
Step 1: Site review - Pipeline configurations are reviewed
Step 2: Install Smartcapsule Tracking Sensor - Smartcapsule tracking sensors are mounted to appurtenances to track the position of Smartcapsule as it rolls through the pipe
Step 3: Insert Smartcapsule - Smartcapsule is compressed and inserted into an operational pipeline through a minimum 4-inch outlet
Step 4: Capture Smartcapsule - Once the Smartcapsule rolls into the extraction net, the capsule is compressed and pulled up through the outlet
Step 5: Analyze Report Data - Smartcapsule software is used to provide a report that lists the size and location of leaks

The Smart Capsule is equipped with a processor, magnetometer sensor, Gyroscope sensor, and accelerometer.
Step 1 Smart capsule is compressed and inserted into an operational pipeline through a minimum 4-inch outlet
Step 2 Smart Capsule rolls with the flow in the pipeline and obtains a high quality recording of the acoustic activity in the pipe.
Step 3 Once the Smart Capsule rolls into the extraction net, the ball is compressed and pulled up through the outlet.

This technology is very suitable to detect the leakages/leakings underground water pipelines in which are invisible by naked eyes. The ultrasonic sensing data will be stored in the SD card in the smart capsule and to be extratced when the smart capsule is captured.
